“Proyecto que estudia la arquitectura religiosa, retrofuturista y obsoletade los años 60, 70 y 80 en la ciudad de Madrid, para construir con ella, un relato fílmico animado de ciencia ficción, sobre su evolución y supervivencia en el futuro.

Templo: El término templo (del latín templum) designa un edificio sagrado. En su origen, designaba la zona del cielo que el augur utilizaba para contemplar qué aves la atravesaban y en qué sentido, estableciendo así los augurios. Muchas religiones, si no todas, tienen edificios que se consideran sagrados.

Space temples es un proyecto basado en la utilización de edificios arquitectónicos religiosos de estilo retro futurista obsoleto, que fueron construidos durante la segunda mitad del siglo XX en la ciudad de Madrid, descontextualizando sus funciones religiosas originales, para adoptar otras, basadas en nuevos conocimientos y perspectivas respecto al origen y el futuro de la humanidad.

Project studies religious architecture and retro-futuristic obsolette de 60, 70 and 80 in the city of Madrid, to build with it, an animated science fiction film story, its evolution and future survival.

Temple: The temple term (Latin templum) designates a sacred building. Originally, the designated area of the sky that augur used to see which birds crossed and in what sense, establishing omens. Many religions, if not all, have buildings that are considered sacred.

Space Temples is a project based in the utilization of architectonic buildins of obsolette retro futuristic style. that were build during the second middle of the twenty century on the city of Madrid.

Decontextualizing their original religion functions for take others, based on new knowledge and perspectives about the origin and the future of humanity.
